About us

Miroslaw Kowalczyk

    Miroslaw Kowalczyk, a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Transport Sciences, followed by an MBA from the University of Illinois in Business Planning and Marketing, can look back on more than 22 years of professional business experience in the operational logistics of the pharmaceutical industry.

    He gathered comprehensive, international experience in a number of fast-growing global companies such as ORFE, ACP Pharma and Neuca. In early 2013 Miroslaw decided to break new ground by joining newly created Manufacturer Warehouse Pharma (MW Pharma).

    He recognized the current needs of the pharmaceutical industry in Poland and successfully convinced clinical trial companies to cut costs by outsourcing such activity, while adding value to their operations. Having begun his career in pharmaceutical logistics, Miroslaw has developed into an all-around expert, building partnerships with many renowned clinical trial companies.

    Jan Pfeffer

      After graduating in pharmaceutical studies from the Technological Faculty of Warsaw Medical University, Jan Pfeffer began his Postgraduate Studies in the Management of Health Care Organizations at the School of Economics also in Warsaw.

      He followed his passion for formulating solutions within the chemical industry, working successively for a number of well-known Polish brands such as Interfragrance, ORFE, Cefarm and ACP Pharma, where he held several senior management positions in production development and pharmaceutical logistics gaining a wealth of experience in the business.

      After establishing Prodlekpol he moved on to ORFE where he held various managerial posts for almost 15 years. By 2013, Jan was ready for a new challenge and joined MW Pharma , today the sole Manufacturer Warehouse in Poland. During his active service as Production Manager (1995 – 2002), Deputy Project Director (2004 – 2006), and Chief Pharmacist (2007 – 2009) Jan was responsible for budgets, high profile pharmaceutical accounts, SOPs and liaison with the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, Chief Sanitary Inspector, and National Health Fund as well as supervision over a number of pharmacies in Poland.

      Paweł Niedźwiedź

        A conscientious and highly motivated manager always worked in challenging environment with strong planning and organizational skills. Educated in Industrial Pharmacy Faculty at Pharmaceutical Sciences at Medical University of Warsaw (1997-2003) and Clinical Research Associate (CRA) studies at Kozminski University (2016)

        Performed employment as Pharmacist with professional manner at Hajan Pharmacy (2003-2008), and (as of 2008) Manager of Hajan Pharmacy. Also worked (2006-2010) as Pharmacology Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing in Wyszkow.

        Today Pawel is Quality Manager responsible for development, implementation and maintaining MW Pharma Quality System Metrics. He also manages and tracks controlled document distributions including control over the documentation required for GMP regulatory submissions concerning controlled IMPs (containing psychotropic or narcotic substances) in clinical trials.

        Paweł Grygalewicz

          At MW Pharma Logistics responsible for Clinical Services Development. A medical doctor with an active licence. Pawel has 17 years experience working in Clinical Research Departments of global pharmaceutical companies on the positions from CRA to Clinical R&D Director. Pawel developed a team of 40 clinical research professionals (managers, regulatory specialists, CRAs and CTAs) making Janssen Poland a leading Clinical Trials performing organisation in the Janssen EMEA. Recently, before leaving the Company, Pawel established an independent team and structure responsible for regulatory, contracting, finance and vendors management.
